Here For You Rain or Shine

Hi Crafty Friends,

Are you having April Showers? We are here in Chicago so I hope they will bring beautiful May flowers! You may not like the rain but this darling Umbrella Swissie loves to splash in the puddles just like my nieces and nephews who have yellow raincoats matching this cutie (see below).
