Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During new releases, sales, and holidays, processing may take a little longer. Shipping is performed on Mondays and Thursdays.

Yes. Available international shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, the item will be backordered and shipped as soon as it is back in stock.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact C.C. Designs if you receive a damaged or defective product so we can help resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted when we are notified within 15 days of shipment. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item for return instructions.

When will I receive my digital stamps?
Digital stamps are available for download after purchase. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Do you collect sales tax?
