Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. During new releases, sales, and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your happy mail on its way to you.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking are handled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we'll help however we can.

Digital Stamps
Digital images are available for download after purchase. If you have any trouble accessing your digital stamps, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
