I'm dedicating this card to my 3 beautiful nieces to remind them they are butterflies that fill this world with beauty!

The butterfly paper came from my stash. I used one of the new dies from the new Borders Metal Die Set to cut the butterfly paper and some black cardstock to create the scallop border. The enamel dots are also from C.C. Designs.
