January Preview Day 4: Valentine Animals Set & Love you Sentiment Set

Our final preview is the Valentine Animals Set. But don't let the name fool you,, this set can be used for so much more than just Valentines Day. Since the animals arms are open you can add elements from other sets to them. Like the cookie from Coffee and Cookie Set. 

 

Card 1 has the adorable sheep, I colored him in blues and greens and added white dots to his shirt. I again used the In & Outs Rectangle Die to center the card. The banners and star are from the Quad Collage Die. I embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. (The pattern paper and enamel dots are a surprise coming in February!)

 

Card 2 is the little owl. You might remember the owl from the Coffee and Cookie Stamp set. I made a clean and simple cards with her. I used the In & Out Rectangle Die to center the card. I stamped hearts from the set on the inner paper of the die. The banners are from the Quad Collage Die set. The hanging heart is a also a stamp in the Valentine Animal Set, which I cut out with the Outline Die.

I embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder on the black paper. and finished it up with Dragon Dreams Enamel Dots.

 

Card 3 is the cutest little giraffe. She is colored with Copic Markers and cut out with the Outline Die. The sentiment is from the new set Love You Sentiment. I stamped it with memento ink, and then used a white pen to add the white spots. The enamel dots are from Dragon Dreams Enamel Dots. And the hearts are from the Trio Collage Die, I added stickles to the white heart so it matches the enamel dot.

 

Card 4 and 5 are from the Love You Sentiments Set. 

Card 4 took me about 5 minutes to make. Love you is stamped right on the pink paper, which is layered on black and then the white card base. Today, tomorrow, and always are embosses with white embossing powder on black paper. And I finished it off with a red heart from the Trio Collage Die.

 

Card 5 has the Love you embossed in gold embossing powder. The background is from the Heart & Arrow Background Stamp, which I also gold embossed. I finished it off with a red heart from the Trio Collage Die.
