January Preview Day 3: Unicorns Stamp Set

When Roberto drew our Dragons Stamp Set, I knew I needed him to draw us Unicorns. And now they are here! I have to say these 3 are just the funniest little unicorns around.

Card 1 uses the prancing unicorn. I colored him in blues and greens, and cut him out with the Outline Die. The horn has some stickies on it to give it a little shine. I used the new rubber stamp Cutie Doodles Background stamp. Which I stamped in Memento Ink. I used the In & Out Rectangle Die to make the shaker card. I used some foam tape to pop it up, and filled it with sequins and gems from Queen & Co. The sentiment sure cracks me up, it is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Card 2 is my favorite card, because it is rainbow colored. Again I used the Cutie Doodle Background stamp, I grabbed 5 different Memento inks and inked up the background in a rainbow. I love how it turned out.

I cut out the unicorn with the Outline Die, and I used stickies on her horn. I embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on the darker red. I love how it pops. I found some crystals in my collection that I added randomly to the card to give it a little extra umphf.

Card 3's image is also available as a single rubber stamp. She is a shy little unicorn that I did in pinks. I colored her with Copic Markers and cut her out with the Outline die. I used two of the In & Outs Rectangle Die outer shapes layered on the card. The inner part of the die is pattern paper where I used the Mini Hearts Stencil to create the black hearts. I took the stencil, laid it down and squeezed black stickles on it, then I smoothed the stickles over the stencil. I also added ink around the edges to give the paper a finished look.

The banner is from the Quad Collage Die, and the heart is from the Trio Collage Die. The 3 dots are from Dragon Dreams Enamel Dots. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black.

That rainbow mane looks gorgeous! The sentiments crack me up, too. I love this release—the designers did a great job creating cards with it. This’ll be my first introduction to c.c.designs :)
