Posted by DESIGN TEAM

Hi everyone! It's MEG here today with a tip and a fiasco to share with you.... My tip is on coloring ice when you are doing some no-line coloring. My fiasco is my CAS design, which I shall explain below. First...for my fiasco. I don't know if you've ever had a plan with how your design should turn out, only to find yourself doing something completely different?! I am not usually a CAS-girl, as y'all know. But for this design, the Snowy Bears clear stamps are seriously so perfect and detailed on their own, there isn't much you need to...
Sweet Holiday Wishes with Swiss Pixie
Posted by DESIGN TEAM

Happy weekend, everyone! Itś Joni here with a card made with another image from the Christmas Swiss Pixie set. I love love love these images, because they have such sweet personalities that shine through: I stamped her on kraft cardstock, then colored her up with Copics. I love using white gel pens on kraft because it reminds me of gingerbread icing. :) I cut out a little section of the cookie patterned paper from the Christmas Paper Pad for the top, then added gingham ribbon from my stash, and enamel dots to finish the look. You can find everything right here at...

Gingerbread Lane Gold Embossed Cards
Posted by DESIGN TEAM

The October Release from C.C. Designs was full of so much Christmas goodness! I love the entire release!! Now that it's getting closer to my favorite holiday, I've been inspired to try some different techniques. I love to heat emboss, but since we moved a lot of my craft stuff is still in boxes. I did some more unpacking and finally came across all my embossing powders...WOO HOO! I think gold embossed images on red cardstock looks so elegant so I decided I'd try to do something using this cute house from the GINGERBREAD LANE Clear Stamp Set. ...

Make a Reindeer!
Posted by DESIGN TEAM

Do you know just HOW MANY different ways you can use the new Make a Reindeer die?! You can do so many things with your reindeer! Today I'm showing you another way to use your die to make a reindeer. I made a cream colored face and added a big glitter red nose. I also experimented with using FELT for the nose, and it looks great too! I had to add eyebrows and a mouth, but I don't know what I think of it! And, if you remove the antlers, this guy looks like a very interesting forest faun! Enjoy...
