A Spellbinding Slimline Card with the We Fly Stamp Set
Posted by DESIGN TEAM

Hi friends, Rick here, and I’m so excited to be sharing today’s project with you on the C.C. Designs Blog. I knew the We Fly Stamp Set would be perfect for a Halloween slimline card—it captures the Sanderson Sisters’ personalities so well and gave me the chance to create a playful scene that tells a little story. Slimline cards are one of my favorite ways to showcase character stamps because the larger canvas gives you space to stretch out a background and let the images shine. Bringing the Sisters to Life I started by stamping the three witches from the...

Hello dear crafty friends, Melina is here! ❤️🍁 Autumn’s here, and I couldn’t *wait* to get crafty with the *too-cute-for-words* new stamps from CCDesigns' September release! 🍂 I stamped these little critters and pumpkins, then got busy with my Polychromos pencils to give them some life. 🎨 (Honestly, I might’ve spent more time coloring than actually making the card… but who’s counting? 😅) The sweet little critters you can find in the stamp set called Scarecrows - they are soo cuteeee! Don’t you think?! The best part? These stamps are ridiculously fun to play with! Whether you're a pro with coloring...

Goodlooking girl
Posted by DESIGN TEAM

Hello, my dears! Today I have an inspiration for you with the cute girl from the Rockabilly Gals stamp set. I used two design papers as the card base. One of them is diecutted with an older CC Designs die and I stamped the background a bit. I colored the cute girl in no line technique and glued her on with 3D pads. The "Hi" is from the film strip set and the saying is from the same stamp set. I embossed it white and cut a banner out of it. I used the speech bubble dies from Mama Elephant and...

Happy Hump Day Fellow Crafters! It's my day to showcase one of my favorite cards using the new Skunks clear stamp set. I never have enough thank you cards on hand, so it was easy to decide which sentiment I was going to use. I used three of the images from the stamp set, colored them with Copics (colors noted below) and cut them out with the coordinating outline dies. I cut and layered the filmstrip die and adhered the skunks to the front using foam adhesive. The sentiment was stamped, adhered with foam tape, and I added a...

Hello! Larisa here and today I'm sharing a fun and very SWEET Panda Party Slimline Card! To create my card, I started with the Four Window Slimline Die. I cut that from white card stock and layered on top of some blue paper. Then I layered in some patterned paper to fill the holes. I stamped out my pandas, colored them up with Copics, and cut them out using the coordinating die set. Then I popped them into each of the squares using foam tape. For the bottom portion of the card, I used some premade ephemera in my stash...

Sometime after Corona, when we all get to meet again, I want this card to go as an invitation to friends and then we'll have a nice movie night and dinner. I used these Copic colors for the coloring.
